Why file directly in Korea
- Goods and services are drafted in the Korean office's standard names from the start, which avoids the specification objections common in designations through the Madrid system.
- Using standard names only keeps the official fee at the lower rate.

What we need from you
- Applicant name and address (as they should appear on the registration)
- The mark (word, logo file, or both)
- Goods and services, in any wording; we convert them to Korean standard names for your approval
- A signed power of attorney (we send the form)
